Vacation rental platforms
High fees and systems designed for short stays, not the rhythm of actually living somewhere.
Built for 30+ day stays
A better way for renters and independent owners to book, pay for, and manage furnished monthly stays.
The problem
Finding a furnished home for a few months usually means choosing between two incomplete options.
High fees and systems designed for short stays, not the rhythm of actually living somewhere.
You find each other—then handle payments, deposits, agreements, and trust entirely on your own.
The trust layer
You shouldn’t have to blindly trust someone you just met online. Keyseason puts structure between two strangers—so both sides know who they’re dealing with, where the money is going, and what happens next.

THE TRUSTED LAYER
Every user completing a stay verifies their identity through Stripe.
Rent and fees move through one protected, documented payment flow.
Claims and returns follow a structured, time-bound process.
Stay details and move-out actions stay visible to both sides.
Keyseason provides transaction infrastructure. Owners remain responsible for their properties, screening decisions, applicable laws, and appropriate insurance.
From hello to goodbye
One simple system for the entire stay—from request to deposit return.
Choose a home and dates. Asking to stay doesn’t complete a booking.
The owner reviews your request and decides whether it is a fit.
Your deposit and stay are set up through Keyseason.
Rent is collected automatically each month.
Submit one calendar month’s notice in the platform.
Claims are documented before the remaining deposit is returned.

If you own a furnished home
Real homes. Real people. Real stays.
“The user experience for Keyseason is much more effective than any other app I used for finding tenants.”

Why Keyseason exists
Short-term rental platforms weren’t designed for people staying for months.
Traditional rental systems weren’t designed for people who need flexibility.
Listing sites often stop helping the moment two people find each other.
Plainly answered
Clear answers, without the fine print.
Submitting a stay request does not complete a booking. Stay payments are set up after the owner confirms, according to the terms shown during checkout.
Users completing stays through Keyseason undergo identity verification through Stripe.
Deposits are collected and handled through Keyseason’s payment infrastructure rather than exchanged informally between renter and owner.
Keyseason is designed for monthly stays, with a one-calendar-month minimum and one calendar month’s notice to end the rental.
Owners have seven days to submit itemized deposit claims. If no claim is submitted, the deposit is returned through Keyseason’s deposit process.
Flexibility, with structure
Keyseason is built for it.
