The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the living room includes two accent chairs, a Roku TV, a dining table for four, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. The unit is equipped with basic kitchen supplies, a full bathroom with towels, and generous closet space for easy organization. On-site amenities include a laundry room, ongoing management support, and an on-site representative to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay. This unit has a floor area of approximately 700 sq ft. PARKING: The building does not provide parking. While street parking is available, we recommend renting a parking spot in a public lot next door, just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. Monthly parking is available for $185. SUPPLIES: Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included. APPLICATION AND FEES: *All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process. *Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in. *Renters insurance is required for all stays. Guests may provide proof of their own qualifying policy, or may elect to purchase a monthly renters insurance policy through the host for $15/month. *A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. *Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement. *Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
